Someone started an automated script and is causing folks to lose access to my web servers (Denying users
  access to my web server).  As a result, I've moved some of the text products around.  

  Please Remember to use:

  http://www.wxcaster.com/models_text.htm to access my text files.  Please no excessive automated scripts
  (few stations are fine, don't try to download all of the stations in the US every single hour of the day).

  My bad, I didn't update the right variables, it is working now at the new location.
